OpequeGlass sells exclusively digital products — WordPress plugins and software licenses — through our website at https://opequeglass.com. We do not sell physical goods, merchandise, or any tangible products. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy differs from policies for physical goods.

2. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our exclusive Merchant of Record. Paddle handles:

When you request a refund, Paddle processes the transaction reversal on our behalf. Refund eligibility is determined by OpequeGlass in accordance with this policy, but the actual refund transaction is executed by Paddle to your original payment method.

Continued use of the plugin after refund constitutes software piracy and may result in legal action

Any future updates or support will be terminated
6. Partial Refunds and Store Credit

Partial Refund: If you experienced a minor issue that was resolved but still seek compensation

Store Credit: Credit toward future purchases on OpequeGlass

Product Exchange: Exchange for a different OpequeGlass product of equal or lesser value

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I resell or redistribute the plugin?
No. Reselling, sharing, redistributing, or sublicensing the plugin or your license key is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms. Doing so will result in immediate license termination and possible legal action.
Can I transfer my license to a client or another person?
No. Licenses are non-transferable. They are tied to your account and the domains you activate them on. If you are a developer buying for a client, the client must purchase their own license, or you must purchase a Developer license that covers all sites you manage.
